Somewhere along the way, my friend Susie suggested making it a tradition to put A in his bunny ears every year.
I couldn't find them this year, so no shots were taken.
Then, I found them... a few days after Easter, but the pictures came out very cute nonetheless. That second picture very much proves, though, that A is looking more and more like Daddy every day.
Your reference shots, by the way:

38 week comparison
It would appear our little camera konked out this morning, so I had to take today's picture with the big camera, which isn't quite as easy to take a self portrait. Nonetheless, here it is. More shocking than this comparison, however, is the comparison to the picture in the green shirt on the page banner, where I now look barely pregnant!

37 weeks
I finally remembered to take one wearing the exact same shirt. Suprisingly, I DO look really different

37 weeks
I had the first of the weekly appointments today. My weight seems astronomical, although she didn't think it was bad at all. Baby is solidly head down, and all the jabs on my side have been (as I suspected) from the feet. As far as fundal height goes, I'm measuring about 34 weeks (small!?!? but perfectly normal, so maybe all those people saying I am huge are full of ....) and she said the baby feels just the right size.
So, things are looking good!!
Additionally, today was the last day of school for me for about a week--hooray spring break! I've been so busy, I never got around to taking A for Easter pictures as I had wanted.
Today ALSO was A's first day at his new school--they are in the process of moving to a new location and moved to their temporary one today. When I dropped him off, he was so excited that he ran into his buddy and nearly knocked him down. He seemed to have a good day, and kept talking about playing on the playground (the new one is much larger than the old with more slides!). Hopefully, A will continue to be very happy there for the next 3 months!
