Dear A,
We have been facing unprecented highs in gasoline prices. When Daddy and I lived in North Brunswick, we were sure that they would never hit $3, but sure enough, they did. This winter, they came darn close to hitting $4 here in NJ, and went above in other parts of the country.
But for some reason, they have been dropping like a stone in the past week.
The gas station near our house advertised $2.81 for their cash price this morning.
I hope that these government guys get their acts together, and maybe you won't need to worry about gas prices when you start to drive. Hopefully, they'll develop a car that runs exclusively on the things we already have filling our landfills and waste treatment plants, because what the heck else are we going to do with it?
